You can subscribe to receive notifications of processing events or conditions. These notifications are known as alerts and are delivered throughout the day, although not all alerts are distributed at the same time. All activities involving these alerts take place in the Alert Manager. The alerts to which you subscribe automatically display on the Current Alerts Tab of the Alert Manager. Optionally, you can use the Delivery Options Tab to specify secure e-mail addresses that you can use to receive these alerts.
Once you select the alerts to which you wish to subscribe, you use the Current Alerts Tab and Past Alerts Tab to monitor and view alerts. If you specify e-mail delivery, you receive your alerts via this option in addition to their displaying on the Current Alerts Tab.
Alerts use the following hierarchy:
NOTE: The Account Maintenance Class contains the Account Set Up and Maintenance Super Category. The Account Set Up and Maintenance Super Category contains the Account Restrictions Category and within it, is the Added Restrictions Sub-Category.
TopThe Current Alerts Tab lists alerts received from midnight (12:00 a.m.) Eastern time of the previous business day through the present time of the current business day. It lists only the alerts to which you subscribe. Optionally, you can use the Filter Alerts By section of the tab to specify criteria to further focus the alerts listed.

NOTE:
You can use the following filter criteria available in the Filter Alerts By area of the page to focus the alerts that display on the Current Alerts Tab. The filtering established on the Current Alerts Tab also is applied to the Past Alerts Tab. These criteria remain in effect (unless changed by you) while you are logged in. If you close the Alert Manager window and open it again, the filtering is still in effect. However, when you log out, filtering is lost. Therefore, when you open the Alert Manager on a new log in, the lists on the Current Alerts and Past Alerts Tabs are not filtered and all alerts associated with your User ID/PIN combination display.
