The following table lists the export error messages that display below the table in the Export Status Tab.

040318 | File for Open Lots is not available until the Monday following entitlement. | File for Open Lots is not available until the Monday following entitlement. (Error: 040318) | This error is generated when the user is entitled to the Tax Lots exports for the first time or if the user ran the profile containing Open Tax Lots export type for the first time and runs the profile Tuesday through Friday. |
040319 | No data is found for the user specified profile request of the Open Tax Lots file. | No data found for the specified export request. (Error: 040319) | This error is generated if no records were found in the database for the request to retrieve Open Tax Lots data. The reason for the error is due either to the fact that no data was loaded for the cycle date requested or if for a given filter on the profile containing the Open Tax Lots export type, no records were found in the database that matched that filter. |

EC0006 | Cycle not finished, file not ready | The data required to create the export file is currently not available. (Error: EC0006) | The backend process failed; necessary batch jobs not completed yet. |
EC0008 | Request for Open Tax Lots file exceeds 20,000 accounts limit | The information you requested exceeds the 20,000 account maximum. Please modify the information and try again. (Error: EC0008) | This error is generated when the user requesting an Open Tax Lots export requests information for more than 20,000 accounts as determined in the Second Level Security (SLS) for the requested group(s). |
TCS001 | Access Denied to Directory | Unauthorized access to the specified directory. Please save your export to another directory. Go to the Saved Export screen to run your export again. (Error: TCS001) | Profiler cannot write to the directory; update the directory path or change the permissions of the current directory. |
TCS002 | Insufficient Disk Space | Insufficient disk space available in the specified directory. Please save your export to another directory or free-up sufficient disk space in the directory. Go to the Saved Export screen to run your export again. (Error: TCS002) | There is no room remaining in the directory currently specified in the profile. Change the directory specified in the profile or clean up the disk (delete some files) to make room for the exported information. |
TCS003 | Invalid File Path | The directory provided does not exist, is invalid or you do not have access. Please select a valid directory and resubmit your export request. Go to the Saved Export screen to run your export again. (Error: TCS003) | Check the directory currently specified; create the directory (if desired) or change the directory specified in the profile and run the export again. |
