CUSIP | The number issued by CUSIP for the security. |
Floor Symbol | The security identifier on its exchange. |
Fund Family | The name of the fund family to which the mutual fund belongs. |
Fund ID | The ID assigned by the fund company to identify the fund. |
Fund Inception Date | The date on which the fund began its operations. |
Fund Manager | The name of the manager of the fund. |
Fund Name | The fund's legal name. |

Death CDSC Waiver | The status of the request to waive the CDSC fees due to the death of the registered owner(s). The Contingent Deferred Sales Charge (CDSC) is a back-end load tied to a specific time frame. The load percentage generally decreases annually and for most funds, it eventually decreases to zero. |
Defined Distribution CDSC Waiver | The status of the request to waive CDSC fees based on a plan level distribution. |
Disability CDSC Waiver | The status of the request to waive CDSC fees due to the permanent disability of the registered owner after their initial purchase. |
Exchange Fee Amount | The amount the fund charges to exchange from one fund to another fund within the same fund family. |
Expense Ratio | The annual percentage of a fund's assets paid out in expenses. Expenses include management, 12b-1, transfer agent and all other fees associated with the fund's daily operations and distribution. |
Liquidity Fee % | The Money Market Reform Liquidity Fee value, when active. |
Load % | The various sales charge structures of the fund, including front-end loads, back-end loads (deferred), and no loads. Sales loads can be charged either when a fund is purchased (front-end load) or when a fund is sold (back-end or deferred load). Mutual funds without any sales charges are called no-load funds. |

Mandatory Distribution CDSC Waiver | The status of the request to waive CDSC fees due to an IRA shareholder reaching the age of 70 ½. |
Non-Comm DC Plan Load Waiver | Indicates if the fund may be purchased at NAV for a qualified plan that will not pay compensation to the broker. Usually assets that moved around and previously paid a commission to the broker (Non-Commissionable Defined Contribution Plan). |
Repurchase Load Waiver | Indicates if the fund may be purchased at NAV after being redeemed previously from that particular mutual fund (within a stated time frame). |
Sales Charge % | The fee charged on the purchase of the mutual fund shares. The fee is charged as a percentage of the fund's offering price (price to buy shares). Some funds offer sales load breakpoints for higher investment amounts. |
Short Term Redemption Fee % | The amount charged when money is withdrawn from the fund. This fee does not go back into the pockets of the fund company, but rather into the fund itself and thus does not represent a net cost to shareholders. Unlike contingent deferred sales charges, redemption fees typically operate only in short, specific time clauses, commonly 30, 180, or 365 days. However, some redemption fees exist for up to five years. Charges are not imposed after the stated time passes. |

Investment Level | The investment level for the fund at which the discounts, known as breakpoints, become available. Certain share classes offer discounts that reduce the sales charge you pay. The amount of the discount is based on the size of your trade and the overall size of your investment in the fund or fund family. The discount increases as the size of your investment increases. Each mutual fund family sets its own breakpoint discounts and sets the rules regarding which accounts can be counted towards eligibility for a breakpoint discount. |
