IMPORTANT: Authentication expires after four hours. Therefore, during this time period, you can view multiple alerts without logging in separately to view each one.

Alert Manager provides the option to receive alerts via secure e-mail. These alerts can include account numbers and other confidential information. Therefore, Fidelity encrypts e-mail alerts using a third-party product from Sigaba^®*. This encryption ensures that only the intended recipient can open and view this sensitive information after supplying the corresponding User ID and Password.

When you receive an e-mail alert, you are prompted to download a browser plug-in to your computer's Desktop. After providing your User ID and Password, this plug-in allows you to open a secure browser session so you can view encrypted alerts.

NOTE:

• Alerts sent via secure e-mail are accessible for ninety days, which is the same timeframe alerts are available on the Past Alerts Tab.
• Although the e-mail containing the attachment may be present in your e-mail account after ninety days, double-clicking this attachment no longer opens the alert.
