Overview

View a list of all the equivalences defined by you or others in your firm. An equivalence is a list of securities that you set as equal to one and another for rebalancing purposes.

Equivalences can be turned on or turned off when you rebalance accounts or a single security. For example, create an equivalence that contains two aggressive growth funds managed by the same fund family. When rebalancing accounts, the equivalence prevents orders from being generated for an aggressive growth fund (contained in the model) if an account already has holdings in the other aggressive growth fund.

Use equivalences in conjunction with restrictions to rebalance securities and bring them in line with percentages.
