View a list of imports that were run either by you or by a member of your firm on a specified date and display detailed information about these imports.

Select Tools > Imports & Exports > Import/Export Status.
Select Import Status. The status for the current day's imports display.
To view the imports for another day, use the Calendar to complete the Date.
Import Status is available for the current date and up to 120 days prior.
If pagination occurs, select Previous and Next below the list to locate a specific import.
From the Filter By User dropdown, filter the contents of the tab based on your selection:
the imports you performed
the imports another member of your firm performed
all imports performed by your firm
Note: The menu is blank if there are no imports for you or for members of your firm for the selected date. If you executed an import on the selected day, the filter defaults to your name and only your imports appear.
To display the details of the imports, select an entry. In the event of an error with the import, you can use this information to help to resolve the issue.

| Records Successful | The number of records that were imported successfully into the platform. Note: 0 in this field indicates the entire import failed. A dash (--) displays in this field if the import's Status is In process. |
| Records with Errors | The number of records that failed to be imported, along with a red exclamation point icon, if the number is other than 0. This number is a link that, when selected, displays a Records with Errors screen that provides the following details concerning the import errors: Date/Time, Record Identifier, and Error Description. Note: 0 in this field indicates there were no errors with the import. |

| Files Imported From | The path to the source of the import records. |
| File Name | The user-defined name of the source file for the import. |
| Request Received | The date and time that the import request was initiated by the user. Note: Format is MM-DD-YYYY HH:MM:SS AM or PM ET. |
| Request Completed | The date and time that the import request was completed by the platform. Note: Format is MM-DD-YYYY HH:MM:SS AM or PM ET. |
| Records Successful | The number of records that were imported successfully into the platform. Note: 0 indicates the entire import failed. A dash (--) displays if the import's Status is In process. |
| Records with Errors | The number of records that failed to be imported, along with a red exclamation point icon (if the number is other than 0). This number is a link that, when selected, displays a Records with Errors screen that provides the following details concerning the import errors: Date/Time, Record Identifier, and Error Description. Exported files are available for download via the Export Status Tab for 120 days.
Select Tools > Imports & Exports > Import/Export Status.
The current day's exports display by default. To view the exports for another day, use the Calendar to complete the Date field.
If pagination occurs, select Previous and Next below the list to locate a specific export.

To display details of the export below the list, select an entry.
To save the file to your system to incorporate its contents in your portfolio management system or contact management system, select Download File in the Action column of an export.

Indicates whether the export was run manually (Unscheduled) or Scheduled. Exports run using the Run Now button are categorized as Unscheduled, since you run the export manually. |
| Time | A timestamp reflecting when the export ran. Format is HH:MM:SS AM or PM ET. Displays for both successful and failed exports. |
| Action | A Download File link for exports that are available to download. |
| Domain | The domain of the export requestor. |
