Legacy Reports are no longer supported and are targeted for decommission. If you have concerns, please contact your Client Manager.
From the Legacy Reports landing page, choose reports to run and then monitor their completion.
The following sections display on the Legacy Reports landing page:
Completed Reports
Lists reports that were run. The most recently run report displays at the top of the list.
Table of Contents
Lists your available reports in the left pane based on your entitlements. Reports are grouped by categories that you can expand or collapse:
- Administrative Reports
- Trade Reports
- Service and Billing Reports
Report Parameters
Displays entry fields for the report you select from the Table of Contents (the entry fields overlay the list of Completed Reports). Entry fields enable you to indicate, for example, the name of the report, format of the report, and which accounts, group, or client to include in the report.
Select Run Report.
Above the Completed Reports list, to monitor the latest status of the report, select Refresh. The report is ready only when the Status column for the report displays Complete.

File Name | The name of the report. When the report is Complete (not In Process and no errors were encountered when running it), this name displays as a link. Select the link to display the report in a separate window. The report output is determined by your selection when entering the report parameters. |
Date/Time Run | The date and time that the report ran. |
Removal Date | The date and time that the report will be removed from the Completed Reports list. Reports are held for 14 calendar days from the time they are run. |
