Overview

Legacy Reports are no longer supported and are targeted for decommission. If you have concerns, please contact your Client Manager.

From the Legacy Reports landing page, choose reports to run and then monitor their completion.

Run a Report

The following sections display on the Legacy Reports landing page:

  1. Select Reports > Reports & Alerts > Legacy Reports.
  2. On the Table of Contents, select a report.
  3. Enter the report parameters.
  4. Select Run Report.

    Above the Completed Reports list, to monitor the latest status of the report, select Refresh. The report is ready only when the Status column for the report displays Complete.

Field Definitions

Field Definition
Status

The status of the report:

Complete
The report ran successfully and is available for viewing, printing, and saving.

Error
The report did not run completely/correctly, perhaps due to a timeout or a data entitlement.

In Process
The report was submitted and is being created.

No Data Found
The report ran, but there was no data that matched the report criteria.

Subscribed
For the Trade Blotter, this indicates that you are subscribed to the report.

File Name The name of the report. When the report is Complete (not In Process and no errors were encountered when running it), this name displays as a link. Select the link to display the report in a separate window. The report output is determined by your selection when entering the report parameters.
Date/Time Run The date and time that the report ran.
Removal Date The date and time that the report will be removed from the Completed Reports list. Reports are held for 14 calendar days from the time they are run.
