Manage smaller, related subsets of your accounts so you can handle any associated work flows more efficiently. For example, create a group based on an investment objective, such as growth. Groups are similar to clients in that they are a means of relating accounts to each other. However, they differ in that clients are targeted for individual relationships, whereas groups are targeted for broader analysis. Once you create a group, you can copy, edit, and possibly delete it.
An account or a client can be a member of 1 or more groups. Groups can be multi-custodial, meaning they can contain accounts held at Fidelity as well as accounts held away.
Search for your authorized groups. Different lists of your authorized groups are available. The availability of a list depends on your entitlements and how you chose to customize the Group Search.
Recent: Groups you have viewed during the current session. This link is disabled if you have not viewed groups during the session.
All: All groups within your firm to which you are authorized. This list appears only if you customize the window to show All Groups.
My Groups: All groups created under your user ID. This list appears only if you customize the window to show My Groups.
Results: Most recent set of search results for the current session. This link appears after you perform a search. When you navigate away and then return, the results of your last search still populate the window.
WealthscapeSM provides pre-established groups for your use. If you customize the window to show All Groups, these groups display first in the list.
You cannot rename, edit, or delete a default group. You can, however, copy a default group. If you do not have access to a default group, it does not display in your list.

If you already know the group name, simply enter the name and navigate directly to information for that group.
From the sidebar, select the Account Search icon.
From the dropdown, select Group Name.
Enter 2 or more characters of the name and select Search or press Enter.
Select a link in the Group Name column. When you choose a group from the search results, the group-related window you most recently viewed opens. Otherwise, Group Summary opens.
To navigate to a specific group-related window, select an Arrow in the Menu column and choose a menu option.
After you select a group, it is appended to your list of recent groups. This list is saved during the current session and is sorted in the order in which the groups were selected, with the most recently viewed group at the top of the list.
Select Recent.
