NOTE: A user must have the WC Send Orders entitlement in order to send any order to Fidelity and place it in the Sent Orders List. If a user does not have this entitlement, any order he creates is placed in the Unsent Orders List and must be sent by another user with the WC Send Orders entitlement.

*NOTE: The FX-specific entitlements allow a user to settle trades in any currency, including USD. However, you can assign the USD entitlements to restrict a user to settle trades only in USD. When assigning an entitlement to a user, only give them one international trading entitlement.
