- Search Using Advanced Criteria

Overview

Search for accounts using at least one advanced criteria, up to a maximum of five of your choosing. Advanced criteria can include, for example:

• G Number
• Model Name
• Total Account Value

From the results, you may create a new group.

While you work with other features on the platform, minimize Advanced Account Search and then redisplay it when you want to continue to work with the same list of accounts.

Search Using Advanced Criteria

1. On the Account Search window, select Advanced Search.

2. Choose which accounts to search:

   FBS (Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC) (Default)
   NFS (National Financial Services LLC) (If entitled)
   Fidelity Non-Brokerage (If entitled)
   Includes Fidelity CGF Donor-Advised Fund Accounts, Fidelity Life Insurance/Annuity Accounts, or Fidelity 403(b)/401(k) Accounts.
   Other Accounts (If entitled)
   Includes Portfolio Management accounts.

   Note
   If you change the Account Type selection after specifying search criteria, the criteria are deleted and must be re-entered.

3. From the first drop-down list, choose a search criteria.

   Based on your selection, additional fields display to complete the search statement. For example, select Age, select a condition such as >=, and then enter the age, such as 65.

4. Select additional criteria, up to five:

   - Select Add Criteria and add another row.
   - Select Remove to delete a listed criteria.
   - Select Reset Search to delete all criteria and begin again.

5. Select Search.

   Up to 50 results display per page. If more than 50 results are returned, pagination becomes available.

   - To sort the list, from the Sort results by drop-down list, choose a column.
   - To move columns, drag-and-drop columns to a different arrangement.

6. To create a group:

   - Select the check box to the left of each account to include.
   - Select Add to New Group. (Create a Group)

7. To select an account, in the Menu column, select the arrow and choose an option.
