Resolving Model Conflicts

Overview

NOTE:

Use the Resolve Model Conflicts screen to remove duplicate model assignments to an account due to Client and/or Group updates. For example, this situation would exist if the following occurs. You create a model called Technology Companies and assign account 179-000001 to it. Then, you create a model called Biotechnology Companies and assign the group called Biotech Group to it; this group contains the accounts 179-000002, 179-000003, and 179-000004. Since there are no conflicts in these assignments, you are able to create the models without receiving any errors messages. Some time later, you edit the Biotech Group by adding account 179-000001 to it. In making this change, you have assigned account 179-000001 to both the Technology Companies model and the Biotechnology Companies model, which is not allowed. The Resolve Model Conflicts screen will contain the double model assignment information and you can use this content to make your model reassignments.

Up to one hundred (100) model conflicts can display per page. If there are more than 100 conflicts, use the Previous, Next, and number links below the list to display the pages that are available.

When the Resolve Model Conflicts screen initially displays, all entries are expanded. Use the downward-facing arrow associated with an entry to collapse it. Once closed, select the right-facing arrow to expand it again. You can collapse or expand all entries by selecting the Collapse All or Expand All links respectively that display above the list.
