Overview

Dashboard is the landing page for Portfolio Modeling & Rebalancing (PM&R). This page is comprised of different sections that deliver overall insights into your portfolios and models. Here, a portfolio can represent a client relationship or account.

In the panel across the top of the window, view your total number of authorized accounts, clients, and households (clients designated in PM&R as households). In addition, this panel includes these clickable sections:

Refresh the Page

A time stamp displays on the top right of the Dashboard. To update the information on the dashboard with the latest information since you last accessed the window, select the Refresh icon.

Return to the Dashboard

When using other functions within PM&R, on the menu bar, select Dashboard to return at any time.

Note
If entitled to Household Rebalancing, a Terms of Use displays when you first access PM&R. You must select Agree to acknowledge the Terms of Use for Household Rebalancing before proceeding.

Drift

Drift contains two charts that demonstrate drift in your authorized portfolios – Top Drifted Portfolios and Top Cash Drifts. Data in the charts is as of the close of the previous business day.

Top Drifted Portfolios

By portfolio, the chart demonstrates up to 10 of the top drifts by absolute drift percent. Absolute drift represents the total of a portfolio's drift percentage from its target allocation. For example, if a portfolio holds two securities – security A has drifted 2% from its target and security B has drifted 3% from its target – the account's absolute drift is 5%.

Top Cash Drifts

By portfolio, the chart depicts up to 10 of the top cash drifts by percent. Cash drift represents the total of a portfolio's cash drift percentage from its target allocation in the model. For example, an account is assigned to a model with a 5% cash allocation. If the current cash allocation is 8%, the cash drift is 3%.

Top

Models

This chart shows up to 10 of your top models that have the largest number of associated (assigned) accounts. In Bar Layout, the y-axis (vertical) shows Model Name, and the x-axis (horizontal) shows number of accounts. In Column Layout, this is reversed.

Rebalances

By default, this interactive graph shows the number of complete rebalances that you ran per day within the past 7 days. The number of complete rebalances increases by 1 each time you run a rebalance, even if running the same rebalance several times. For example, if you run the same rebalance 5 times, the count increases by 5.

Accounts

This chart breaks down the number of your authorized accounts represented in the top panel by model assignment. Hover over a section of the chart to view details. The legend below the chart provides the actual numbers.
