Overview
The Order Ticket Report runs from the Sent or Unsent Orders List and displays the details of each selected order on a separate page. You can use this report to obtain and record approval for these orders. The following information displays for each
order type:
- Mutual Fund, Equity, Option, and Fixed Income Order: Displays details of the trade including the order current status.
- Block Order: Displays the details of the trade including an average price of all the block orders for this security and side for that day's trading. The ticket also displays any allocations you entered for that Block Order.
- Prime Brokerage Order: Displays the details of the trade, as well as any allocations you entered for that Prime Brokerage Order.
- Step In Order: Displays the details of the trade, as well as any allocations you entered for that Step In Order.
You can choose the Excel Format for the Order Ticket Report to create a
Trade Blotter of all sent and unsent orders. There is one record for each trade, allocation, and execution and tabs for each order type: Equities, Mutual Funds, Options, Fixed Income, International Equity, Currency Exchange, Block Orders, Allocations,
Block Order Execution Details, Trade Aways, and Executions (Non-Block Order Trades). For a daily blotter of all your trade activity, run the Excel version of the Order Ticket Report and choose All Orders for the All Accounts Group
as the Generate Report For selection.
NOTE: You also can subscribe to the Trade Blotter Report to receive this trade information automatically on a daily basis.
